Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in both US and international sizes. For boots, we recommend measuring your foot length and comparing with our chart. For jackets and blazers, check your chest/bust measurements. When in doubt between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer two convenient shipping methods to our global customers (excluding some remote areas):
- Express Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Perfect for statement coats or must-have dresses.
- Free Economy Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $50. Delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Ideal for budget-conscious wardrobe builders.
Note: Boots and house shoes may require additional packaging time.
We ship worldwide from our Atlanta headquarters! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia and certain other locations. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Express Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed tracking updates. Economy Shipping (EMS) provides basic tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! You may return most items (except final sale pieces) within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please email [email protected] to initiate your return.
Once we receive your return at our Atlanta facility, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing.
