Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns must include original packaging and tags
  • Items must be in resalable condition (free of stains, odors, or damage)
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
Style Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on house shoes (slippers) or any worn footwear. Please try on ankle boots and flat shoes on clean surfaces.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return your coats, jeans, or other fashion items:

    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn merchandise with original tags
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Atlanta headquarters using the provided return label

Return Shipping

For international returns (excluding remote areas not serviced):

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
  • Defective Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label if the item is faulty

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned backpacks, jackets, or other items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

Exchanges

Want a different size in those perfect jeans or color in our stylish coats?

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we process your return (standard shipping fees apply)

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • House shoes/slippers (hygiene reasons)
  • Worn footwear of any kind (ankle boots, business shoes, etc.)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
