Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returns must include original packaging and tags
- Items must be in resalable condition (free of stains, odors, or damage)
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to return your coats, jeans, or other fashion items:

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn merchandise with original tags
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Atlanta headquarters using the provided return label
Return Shipping
For international returns (excluding remote areas not serviced):
- Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Defective Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label if the item is faulty
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned backpacks, jackets, or other items:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Want a different size in those perfect jeans or color in our stylish coats?
