We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Style Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia not serviced by our carriers. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every jacket, boot, and accessory as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right with your order of dresses, business shoes, or any fashion item, our hassle-free returns process ensures your satisfaction remains as impeccable as your style.

Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns must include original packaging and tags
  • Items must be in resalable condition (free of stains, odors, or damage)
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards and hygiene requirements, we cannot accept returns on:

  • House shoes/slippers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any worn footwear (including ankle boots, business shoes, flat shoes, etc.)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Fashion Tip: Please try on footwear like ankle boots and flat shoes on clean surfaces to maintain their return eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return your coats, jeans, or other fashion items:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn merchandise with original tags
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Atlanta headquarters using the provided return label

Return Shipping

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
  • Defective Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label if the item is faulty

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned backpacks, jackets, or other items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

Exchanges

Want a different size in those perfect jeans or color in our stylish coats?

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email
  • We’ll ship the new item once we process your return (standard shipping fees apply)

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
